Country Cottage Christmas

Basia Martin started Country Cottage Christmas eleven years ago from an old farmhouse in Wiltshire. What began as selling a few Christmas cakes and puddings locally has developed into a small cottage industry.

Basia has been a member of the Charity Fairs Association for many years and attended many fairs all over southern England.  She now caters for customers privately and is happy to discuss any special requirements.

Her Christmas cakes are made from a recipe handed down  through her family, likewise her Christmas puddings. and mincemeat. Basia also caters for special dietary needs including nut free, gluten free and dairy free cakes and puddings. 

Basia also supplies a range of delicious Christmas treats.  These include crystallised fruits and Marrons Glacés from Spain and introduced in 2007, the Portuguese traditional Christmas sweetmeat, Elvas Plums. A locally sourced range of hand made chocolates is available also.
